W.blot: I have found that IL-A58 recognized non-reduced Bovine IgG1 (with lambda LC) well but does not always recognize reduced IgG lambda light chain (very weak reaction). I have not tested any kappa light chain containing samples.

ELISA: IL-A58 recognized non-reduced IgG1-lambda. It did not bind well to non-reduced Bovine dimeric secretory IgA-lambda. It bound to 3 out of 5 non-reduced Bovine IgM pentamer-lambda.
