Name Description
CD8beta versus CD27.pdf

Comments

Monoclonal antibody PPT23 recognizes the porcine CD8-beta chain and is well suited for flow cytometry. It can be used to identify conventional CD8 T cell in the pig, which have the capacity to differentiate into cytotoxic T cells. Example shows co-staining with CD27 - CD27 aides in the identification of early effector and naive CD8 T cells. In this example the PPT23 mAb was biotinylated and fluorescence-labelled with Streptavidin-BV421. The mAb used for CD27 staining (clone b30c7) was conjugated to AlexaFluor647.
